how it runs
Two ways to run Thalqumverix AI
Same platform, same ongoing subscription price. Only the onboarding may differ by your requirements.
Cloud (SaaS)
Runs in Nestack's managed cloud, with hosting, scaling, updates and backups handled for you. The fastest way to start: engineering documents are being indexed and site records organised without any infrastructure to stand up.
Private / self-hosted
The same platform deployed inside your client's own cloud, VPC or on-prem environment — for utilities, regulated infrastructure and engagements bound by strict data-handling terms. Their operating data never leaves their environment, and the monthly subscription stays exactly the same.
Note: The subscription is identical on either model; only the onboarding scope differs by your security and deployment requirements.
before you subscribe
Your questions. Answered plainly.
Before a consultancy signs, principals want straight answers on price, risk, payoff and support. These are written for that conversation, not a module tour.
Thalqumverix AI is one flat subscription of $200/mo for the whole practice, with all 8 modules included, from Client Engagements through Project Delivery. It isn't priced per engineer, per site or per project, so taking on more client work doesn't raise your platform fee. The only usage-based cost is AI processing, covered in the next question.
Two things sit outside the subscription. First, AI API usage is charged separately: you keep an AI credit balance and recharge it based on how much your team uses. Second, onboarding is a one-time fee, with Essential from $1,000+, Plus from $2,500+ and Enterprise from $5,000+. Those are starting points, and we confirm the final figure once we understand your systems, security needs and data volume. Optional hardware like the barcode scanner and thermal camera is a separate add-on.
It gets the platform working the way your firm already works. We import your engineering documents, asset registers, inspection checklists, reliability records and report templates, connect the technical and project systems your engineers already use, and configure all 8 modules around how you scope, assess and deliver projects. Your team starts from your own standards, not a blank workspace.
Every recommendation in Thalqumverix AI is traceable to the evidence behind it: the drawing revision, inspection record, measurement or maintenance history it came from. AI flags defects, abnormal readings and document conflicts, but your engineers review and approve before anything goes to a client. When a client asks how you got to a conclusion, the supporting record is already attached.
You choose between cloud hosting and private hosting, with the same subscription price either way. Access to client data and engineering documents is controlled, and project records are auditable. The platform supports ISO/IEC 27001-aligned practices, but it isn't itself certified, so we'd walk your IT or security lead through the details on a call.
Thalqumverix AI is built to sit alongside the tools your team already uses, not replace them. Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and Teams, Esri ArcGIS, IBM Maximo, SAP and Autodesk are our proposed integration targets. Availability depends on your licences, API access and setup, so we confirm exactly what connects for you before you commit to onboarding.
The cost of that setup is time spent hunting revisions, re-keying equipment data and rebuilding reports by hand. Thalqumverix AI puts client requirements, documents, site findings, reliability risks, energy studies and delivery progress in one place, so a revision conflict or missing record shows up early instead of at review. Our illustrative targets are a 60% cut in manual document and reporting effort and a 50% cut in engineering rework. These are targets, not measured customer results.
Our illustrative targets are 45% faster end-to-end consulting delivery, 60% less manual engineering effort and 50% less rework. These are targets, not proven results, and they depend on your workflow, data quality and implementation. At $200/mo, the test is simple: if it saves your engineers a few hours on a single engagement, the subscription is covered. We'd rather work that out with your real project types on a demo than quote you a number.
Yes, that's what onboarding is for. We configure the modules around your inspection checklists, asset registers, reliability records and report templates, so your deliverables keep your structure and standards. Your engineers keep control of every decision, with AI doing the extraction, checking and drafting.
Start by booking a demo. We walk through the platform on the kind of work your firm does, then scope your onboarding and quote it before you commit. Contract and support terms are confirmed on that call, and you can reach us any time at info@nestack.com.
